General Information
Lie Nielsen is one of the few remaining hand tool manufacturers still located in the United States of America. Their planes, while designed with traditional crafting methods in mind, use modern materials, including ductile iron and manganese bronze for the body castings and A-2 tool steel for the cutters in their planes.
